1. Scope of Advisory Services
OneAdvice enables seekers to obtain preliminary professional guidance, second opinions, strategic mentorship, and specialized advisory from verified independent practitioners across India. All advice rendered via Chat, Call, or Q&A is advisory in nature and intended to inform your personal decision-making.
2. Seeker Obligations & Accurate Information
To ensure high quality and relevant advice, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful background facts and documentation related to your query.
- For Astrology consultations, provide correct birth coordinates (date, time, and city of birth) or explicitly check the "I don't know exact birth time" option.
- Refrain from asking experts to draft fraudulent documents, evade statutory taxes, or engage in unlawful activities.
3. Billing Transparency & Authorization
When you initiate a Call Now or Chat Now session, you authorize OneAdvice to deduct consultation fees from your pre-paid wallet balance on a per-minute basis (rounded up to the next whole minute). You can disconnect the session at any time. When your wallet balance reaches the minimum threshold, the session will cleanly terminate.
4. Respectful Communication & Anti-Abuse
You agree to treat all consultants with professional courtesy and dignity. Any abusive language, harassment, obscenity, discriminatory remarks, or recording of the session without the explicit prior consent of the expert will result in immediate session termination and permanent banning from the Platform.
5. Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution
All seeker consultations are governed by strict confidentiality. Any billing dispute or service grievance must be submitted within 48 hours for review under our fair refund and dispute protocol.
